Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description

To work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and department in achieving the set sales target and to continuously improving the growth & profitability of the Company.

Essential Roles and Responsibilites

The chosen candidates role will include:

  • To carry out sales, leasing and marketing for all properties and projects under Area Management.
  • To drive sales performance internally and externally through business associates, real estate agencies and any other potential prospect to meet monthly and yearly sales target.
  • To produce weekly sales report and activities by projects respectively. Liaise with property agents for sales activity, planning.
  • To plan and set strategy for overall management on digital marketing. Monitor of posting, content and promotional campaign on social media.
  • To liaise with advertising agencies and suppliers for marketing promotions, activities, events and roadshow and to coordinate with finance department on all purchase order and invoices according to the company SOP.
  • Prepare, follow up and circulate database updates on inquiries and prospect list by projects with probability for closure.
  • Marketing research/survey for development planning and other project site visit.
  • To coordinate with project on relevant authorities matter if necessary.
  • Responsible to participate in exhibition, launching, events or road show if required.
  • Responsible to provide guidance & training to Appointed Agents from time to time.
  • To prepare and provide sales kit and sales materials to Appointed Agents.
  • To follow up on the booking, SPA signing, loan documentations and other administrative papers with clients and agents.
  • To assist on the preparing of marketing reports, presentation materials and perform any other assigned sales & marketing duties of Area Management with theguidance of the superior.
  • Manage/maintain the branding and premium image of Area Management in the respective properties and businesses. Attend to all client’s complaints on urgent basis with immediate feedback and update to the superior.
  • Maintain and project a consistent and positive customer service image when interacting with customers. Carry out customer contact activities to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained through mailers or telephone follow ups.
